StackDose™ Tablet Bonding Device – Model B automatically arranges, precisely positions, and bonds thin tablet units with different formulations layer by layer according to the product design, enabling multiple drug components to be integrated into a single tablet.

Compared with conventional multilayer tablet manufacturing, Model B produces each tablet layer separately and then combines them through an automated stacking and bonding process. This approach provides greater flexibility in combination drug development and supports a wide range of product designs with different numbers of layers, component configurations, and dose combinations.

The device integrates tablet arrangement, bonding and stacking, appearance inspection, and drying modules. A digital operating interface is used to manage production parameters and equipment status, supporting greater automation, standardization, and precision throughout pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
